Iam currently in Raipur – Chattisgarh, reached a hour back through Fly Kingfisher Airlines. Normally i travel through Economy class and i had planned for this trip towards Ahmedabad from Hyderabad Airport a month back and the tickets had cost me a total of 13,200Rs but just 48 hours before the scheduled flight i got a SMS saying that the flight has been cancelled and i need to look up for an alternative. Now i was in a situation where in i had booked my onward journey on a 10 seater car and return flights also booked. Hence i had to reach Ahmedabad on the right time but now iam left with just a SMS of Cancelled Tickets.

Next i called up the tool free number of Kingfisher Airlines as asked them for the status of my flight and i was told that i can reschedule my flight only once during this trip and i can select any flight which ever i wish, out of which i had selected a flight which was costing 1,00,324Rs – cross checked at ClearTrip.com

The Fly Kingfisher airlines authorities were really helpful on phone by helping me out from this situation and giving me all the options available for the passengers. I selected the flight which was going to be through this route > Hyderabad to Raipur , Raipur to Indore & then finally Indore to Ahmedabad. They told me that these tickets cannot be confirmed right away because they were on a higher class and they need to confirm with their higher authorities and then decide and let me know if the booking is confirmed or not.

I waited for a few minutes and again called them back and came to know that the Booking has been confirmed and i dont have to pay any extra rupee for this ticket changes and even the Flight PNR number also didnt change. I was told to check out FlyKingfisher.com and check out the Web Bookings section for printing the tickets with the new details.

The first flight hyderabad shamshabad Airport to Raipur Airport looked like a private jet with 70 seats in total which is very much comfortable to the other jumbo jet planes which have higher capacities and very tight seatings, but in this flight i had excellent breakfast along with LCD for watching some good comedy videos. Overall i would recommend everyone to try out Kingfisher Airlines for your next travel.
